Ali and Lynne founded www.teachersintheloop.com as a result of our shared experiences in teaching (secondary and primary), writing experience and work in the private sector. By linking the expertise from each field the result is a well considered and researched website for NSW teachers.
 
Our objective is to provide an easy to use, clear and most importantly time saving way for teachers to access, compare and contact businesses and organisations that provide services for use in the classroom or personal use.

Ali Davies taught Secondary Drama and English in NSW Schools until moving into the Education Unit at Fairfax. Since 2003 she has worked as an education officer for DET and has contributed to Macmillan Education texts as well as an education consultant / writer for various businesses / organisations. Lynne Sung has worked in both public and private education in NSW. She spent several years as a curriculum writer for the NSW Department of Education and Training and has written curriculum related material for a number of private organisations with an educational focus. She is the co-author of the highly regarded Blake publication Targeting English Assessment and has made contributions to several other publications from Blake.
